It's called the Venucia VOW (Venucia is the brand of this partnership, and already has a respectable catalog of products to date), and it delves into the concept sedan-family crossover SUV that features similar forms to the failed Honda Crosstour.

But where the Honda failed (though the company is now trying to reinvent it as a Concept D for China), Venucia hopes to succeed. And it has its chances, as the Chinese market is particularly receptive to this pseudo-camper-tinged product profile.
