The only downside we see to this compact family car is that it will be offered exclusively with a mechanical and a gearbox: The four-cylinder boxer 170 hp petrol, with CVT gearbox and traction, obviously, all-wheel drive. Homologates an average consumption of 6.9 liters per 100 kilometers.
The Levorg will be offered for 29.900€ up equipment, with integrated browser and LED headlights, among many other things, such as access and keyless start.
It really becomes a unique alternative in the market. One of the few rivals we've been able to find is the Golf 4Motion Variant with 150 hp diesel engine, which is considerably less well-equipped and starts at 31,840 euros.
A SEAT Leon with the same 150 hp TDI engine and ST estate body is priced at 26,330€, but is less well equipped and clearly slower than the Subaru. The equivalent with a petrol engine has to be associated with the X-Perience trim, and has nothing to do with the Fuji Heavy Industries car.
So, for price-equipment, the Levorg seems a good option if you are sure you want petrol and you don't mind the CVT gearbox.
