Maserati Ghibli Nerissimo goes all black

Maserati Ghibli Nerissimo goes all black

This limited edition trim will be offered on the 349bhp Ghibli, 411bhp Ghibli S and Ghibli S Q4.

All Nerissimos come with a sports package that includes a sports steering wheel, adjustable dampers, twelve-way power front seats, blind spot detector, front and rear parking sensors, remote start system and a Harman Kardon audio system. The transmission is automatic, of course, an eight-speed ZF.

Like its exterior, the Nerissimo's interior is a shrine to darkness. Black leather covers the seats, dashboard and armrests, although red stitching helps to alleviate some of the monotony so it doesn't feel like a basic Skoda. A plaque on the centre console denotes the unit number of the 450 units that will be made.

Buyers looking to purchase this very black Maserati will have to shell out $78,500 for the standard model, $85,250 for the more powerful Ghibli S Nerissimo, and 87,750 bucks for the Ghibli S Q4 Nerissimo. Considering that here in Spain the 275 hp diesel model starts at 76,500 euros, the prices on the other side of the pond aren't too bad. If customers want to see what they're buying, they should get to the dealership before the sun goes down.
