For all we will refer to the following table, with the costs taken as a reference by the national managers and, for the home charging, from National Electricity Service. Below is the total cost of electricity based on the type of recharge.

Electric car charging cost, kWh electricity price and how much it costs to fill up

The cost of energy for each kWh consumed can vary from €0,20 if you subscribe to a subscription Duferco up to the maximum of €0,79 if you recharge at the columns in direct current DC Fast Ionity (up to 350 kW of power for enabled cars) but discounted for some car manufacturers.

The reference costs of electricity can be from 0,20 € / kWh for home charging ei 0,50 € / kW for fast network charging Enel X.

From 1/6/2020 Enel X charges for socket occupancy once top-up is complete. You have 30 minutes to free the socket, after which you will be charged € 0,09 / min for AC outlets (Type2 and Type3a) and di € 0,18 / min for DC sockets (CHAdeMO and CCS Combo 2). There is no charge during the night (from 22 pm to 00 am) on AC sockets (Type 8 and Type 00a) up to 2 kW
